What does the app do?
Our app scans business cards, extracts contact details, and provides AI-generated insights based on publicly available online data to help you secure partnership. This is the world-first business card scanning app created to convert pieces of paper into meaningful connections and build trust.
Is the scan feature accurate?
The recognition results are provided "as is" based on our best efforts. We use state-of-the-art AI models to perform recognition, but we recommend reviewing the results carefully. You can manually correct any inaccuracies.
What kind of AI research do you perform?
We search the web for professional background, company details, and mutual connections to help you craft meaningful outreach strategies. We do using well-know commercially available state-of-the-art AI models, e.g. OpenAI API.
How do you generate the trust-building strategies?
Our AI-tool analyzes the scanned data and online information of a person and person's affiliation to suggest personalized approaches that build rapport and trust. It helps you to increase your chances of a positive response and chances of securing your partnership goals.
What happens to the scanned card images and data related to it?
Card images and related data are stored securely in your private storage iCloud, unless you choose to delete them.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We comply with GDPR, Swiss data privacy laws, as well as applicable data protection regulations in the US and Canada. You remain in control of your data at all times.
Do I need to ask for consent before scanning someone's card?
Yes. You must confirm you have the right to share a third party's contact data before uploading or scanning their card.
Where is my data stored?
User login information is stored in Firebase. Business card images and related data are stored in iCloud. We do not transfer data across borders. Background information about individuals and companies, as well as trust-building suggestions, may be temporarily stored for up to 30 days by third-party AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API).
What's included in the free trial?
The 7-day trial gives you full access to unlimited scans, AI research, and export tools.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Consent, then tap "Uncheck and delete all my data."
Can I export contacts to my CRM?
Yes. You can export contact data in standard formats (Excel and CSV) compatible with most CRM systems.
Can I use the app offline?
No, you cannot use the app offline.
Can I manually enter a business card?
Yes. You can manually add a new card and fill in the fields yourself.
